Beautiful historic movie theater on the town square…. I had to stop and take pics of it. I’d like love to come back when it’s opened and check out the inside. It is one of the oldest single screen continuous running theatres in the state of Texas. Very cool that it has never been closed since 1926.
The female at the door after the movie told each family. "Thank you for coming. Come again and have a good night." But the 3 Africian Americans didn't get that, thank you. I noticed it when I came out and stood at the door to see if it was just me. It happened to my daughter and grandson as well. When I brought it to her attention, she acted like she did you do it. In 2023, people still are not respective of another human being. So sad!
Simply an adorable and warm experience. The staff was very welcoming, the popcorn was fresh and buttery, and the theater was clean. It wasn’t too crowded on a Tuesday night. We sat on the balcony!
Beautiful theater with an old time setting. Reminds me of years gone by very elegant. Very clean. This is a movie going experience everyone should enjoy at least once in their life.

Such a wonderful, 'vintage' theatre!! It's so well maintained and the owners are delightful people!
Friendly staff and every visit I've had the place is clean. We enjoy sitting in the balcony and the prices. $5 ticket Tuesday's is great. One bathroom only for each gender ( no stalls).
